About the Owner

Valerie is a Colorado native and grew up in the Pikes Peak Region. As a girl she could be found helping in her father’s Hardware store.  After she graduated college, she found herself working for trades or home builders and the “Construction Bug” (as she calls it) bit her.  It has now been 24 years since she first started in the residential construction field.  She loves to see how excited people are when they move into their homes. Because of this, she feels called to help people realize the dream of home ownership. Faith and family are the most important things to her.  She has two grown daughters and two grandchildren that mean the world to her. When she is not spending time with family, she enjoys taking in the beauty Colorado affords us by hiking and looking for new trails.
